Your Inventory should look something like this.
Also this is the best gear set I belive you can use against CE.


Two ways to get to CE.
Shortway :*Higher chance of pkers*

Tele to magebank and run southeast along the gate untill you reach the CE.

Long way:Very low chane of pkers

Teleport to Varrock.


Now go east


Now take the Northern Road


Now just walk NorthEast


You should end up around here at the coast, Now just follow
the coast untill you get to a Gate. * You will see green dragons
on the way make sure to walk around or run through them*


Now go through this gate and head west * Put on Protect from Magic*


This is were the Choas Ele spawns at.


Now when he spawns run northwest but make sure his yellow dot is
still on your minimap, he will follow you.


He will get stuck along the way and you can now range him to death
from were I am standing.
